What is Mom?
Mom is a digital platform that stores all healthcare information for pre- and postnatal mothers in one place. The application makes it easy for users to access data from healthcare services provided by our expert medical staff at 6 branches of the Samitivej network.
- Health Records: Health monitoring assistant during pregnancy for health records. Mothers can view and record laboratory results and ultrasound images.
- Mom's Diary: A place for mothers to record and share their impressions of this extra special time
- Baby Development: Understand more about the development of your little one throughout the duration of a 40-week pregnancy with our 3D images and handbook of important information, which offers key details on the changes women can expect to undergo as they enter each trimester.
- Baby Movement: This is where mothers can record and store notes about their baby's kicks while inside the womb.

You can access Mom by downloading the Samitivej Well application and registering. Then press the Mom icon.
You can register to use Mom by downloading Well by Samitivej -> selecting the “Mom” icon.
- select ‘register’ -> enter your information
You can edit your personal information through the settings menu -> choosing
and making the desired changes.
You can change the language through the settings menu -> choosing ‘language’ -> selecting the language which you wish to use in the ‘language’ section
- You can make an appointment by navigating to the "More" menu, selecting "Hospital Contact," and contacting the desired campus of Samitivej Hospital by phone. Additionally, you can email [email protected] or visit the hospital in person
- You can view the date and time of appointments and activities from the Calendar menu. These are represented by colored dots. Select a colored dot to display a brief summary, and select again to view details.
You are able to search for, and contact, your hospital from the main menu by pressing ‘call’ or ‘share location.’ You can find your closest hospital through the additional menu section -> selecting ‘contact a hospital’ -> selecting ‘search for closest hospital’. This will use your location to seek out the closest hospital, which will be displayed with the travel time and distance from your current location.
