Things to Consider
When Extending Your Trip
If you need to lengthen your stay for any medical reason, our staff are happy to help you. Our Customer Service Department also take care of any necessary visa extensions, as well as supply all required medical documents and certificates. If you would like to get in touch with them, please send an email to [email protected].
Family members traveling with patients arriving on a medical visa can also receive the same time of visa. Simply indicate all co-travelers when you initially contact our International Department. Our Customer Service department will also take care of any necessary visa extensions, as well as supply all required medical documents and certificates. This covers the cost of visa extension fee and handling all of the paperwork to the Immigration Office.
It is important to note that not all visa requests or extensions are granted, and that the matter is not entirely in our hands. Family members are required to prove their legal relation to the patient by supplying documents such as a birth or marriage certificate. Even with proper documented proofof relation, an applicant may still be denied a visa extension.
